This is in fact the craziest story of my life. 4 years ago I got involved in online dating, I used a service and got matched up with this beautiful woman I never met before. We started talking on instant messenger did that for about a month or so everything was sounding so great, seemed like my perfect match in her pictures she was so pretty. Well anyways I got sick of just chatting back and forth on instant messenger so I said hey I got a perfect idea I’ll set up a date for valentines day which was about a week away, she was all for it. I was so excited to meet her I felt like I knew her so well.

So the big day comes around I have picked up some flowers for her and some sweets and headed over to her house to pick her up for our date. Walk up to the door a little nervous I can here someone coming to the door, heart started beating. The door opened and there stood a guy that looked to be maybe her father so I asked him for her. And he says happy Valentines Day and tells me that he was the one I was talking to this entire time. I was so pissed off. So I turned around and started walking to my car wanting to burn this guys house down (figuratively speaking) just as I start walking down the stairs I can hear a female laughter coming from behind me and there stood my now fiancee. The man that answered the door really was her dad. He has a really messed up since of humor. Was so happy when i saw her but I didn’t know what to feel because I was so mad but then happy. I look back at this now and can laugh actually a dinner time story still lol.
