We just released the latest edition of our newsletter last week and some had problems receiving it. Well, TSG is here to help. Make sure the newsletter didn’t end up in a spam/junk folder of some sort. Also, be sure to add email@example.com to your safe email addresses in your email settings.One more thing, we had a code in the newsletter and when people couldn’t redeem it some users started posting links to the web version on the Facebook wall. This is against terms of service and even though it was an effort to try to help those who subscribed that didn’t receive the newsletter. The code was specific to subscribers and posting the web version allows everyone to see the code. I didn’t deactivate anyone because of the circumstances but just a notice for the future, posting codes or links to codes is ALWAYS against the rules.
