TSG is a fan of The Biggest Loser and if you are as well, it might be fun to do a little predictive poll. Jillian Michaels now has her own show on NBC and they are currently casting families who are overweight and need her help. While working on Biggest Loser Jillian found that while people were receiving the tools that they need to change their lives on the ranch, they still had to go home and learn how to implement their new healthy habits at home. Well, at home is where the enablers are, the people who helped you get to where you were in the first place, overweight and unhealthy. So, she is taking on the ENTIRE FAMILY to re-program their hearts and minds to get healthy together.
As an added bonus, they are also going to be including Chef Curtis Stone as part of the show to teach the family how to eat, how to prepare healthy and satisfying food and also, how to shop for healthy food and still stay within their budget!
