What a star-studded night it was last night! I mean...it's the Oscars and they're always star-studded but you know what I'm saying. Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin did what they do best last night and that is 'be funny'.Kathryn Bigelow won Best Director, the first time a female director has ever done so. Every major acting category saw a first time winner; Jeff Bridges, Sandra Bullock, Christoph Waltz & Mo'Nique all won Oscars for the first time, the latter 3 of whom had been nominated for the first time.

I saw the Oscar's and I was a bit surprised at Sandra bollocks win because she was up against really steep competition dont get me wrong I like Sandra Bullock, but I think the other 3 actress were a bit more deserving just my opinion, but oh well good for her anyway right, she still did a good job.
Oh and James Cameron should have won best director.

that's lame. i was suppose to get code but it expired at 5p.m. i hate these limited swagcodes. it should have been a little longer. today was the only day i actually wanted to stay at school instead of come home. anyway, was surprised of the award results.

I checked for this all day, and it was posted AND ended during dinner time!!! Unfortunately, I missed it.
It's frustrating to miss these d/t time differences, as it seems most of the codes tend to show up in the evening for this time zone.

This stinks. I voted and was waiting for this blog post to see the results. I subscribe your blog and it just came into my email now at 9:44 pm ET. The code is already expired. Why is it taking so long for these blog posts to get emailed? The codes are ALWAYS expired before I read the posts!

I am so sick of these stupid short time limits on swag codes. It's bad enough that the majority of the codes are hidden in obscure places, but even when they're not they're only good for a couple hours. I participated in the polls, therefore I should be able to use the freakin' swag code I helped earn. In the future, please make these codes good for the entire day like you used to. Thank you.
I loved the Academy awards. Although I loved Avatar, I knew it wouldn't win and some random movie would. I guessed 11 right when I did my own ballot.
