Have you made your New Year’s resolution yet? Or do you tend to make a resolution that you do not keep? Well, I found a great article with the top 10 New Year’s resolutions of 2011. If you are still trying to choose a resolution that you will be sure to keep, check out some of these:
This seems to be a common, recurring resolution. As stated in the article, “Make a plan of what you will give up (late night snacks, that extra meal) in exchange for a lean body. You only have to make this shift once in your lifetime to get lasting results.”
Enjoy Life to the Fullest
Everyone is only given one life, so you should make it your mission to enjoy it! Everyday we move forward, we are getting closer to the end of life. Use this as your motivation to make the best of each and every day!
Learn Something Exciting
Take this year to learn something you’ve always wanted to. Learn an instrument, learn to knit, learn how to drive stick shift, etc. You are never too old or too young to learn something new!
Spend More Time with Family
Your family will always be there, but do not take that for granted. Everyone should devote as much time to their family as possible, as these are the people who know you the best and will be the ones to take care of you. Family members depend on each other, so devote as much time as you can to them, so not to regret it later on in life.

So, what was your New Year’s resolution?
P.S. – Check out the article! Combine the color of the piggy bank with the amount of hands in resolution 8. (Make sure you spell out the number – so if there were 2 hands in resolution 8, you would write “two.”) There are no spaces. One word is all caps and one word is all lower case. Enter this in the “gimme” box on the homepage for 7SB until 2pm PST! 🙂
