The Dreaded Stairs

There’s really no arguing that we could all benefit from more exercise, and the little choices we make (parking further away so we can walk, snacking on veggies and fruits) can have a big impact. It’s difficult to make those changes though – why take the stairs when there’s an escalator nearby? I think a group of engingeers have figured it out:
