It’s time for our next sleep video in the series. This registered nurse is forced to have irregular sleeping patterns due to her difficult schedule. She’s developed some great tips for getting a good night’s sleep, despite what time she starts her routine.

I like her tip of spritzing Lavender on her pillow. Although I’ve never personally tried this, I know it is quite common and quite successful. I’m definitely going to have to try it out.
