Finding Your Account Ledger

Hello my fellow Swaggernauts! It’s Monica here with your weekly dose of Customer Support. Yes, you will be seeing my name more frequently here on the blog. Every
week, I will be pulling out the most common inquiries we receive and focus on ways to help you resolve these on your own. As much as we love to hear from you we know that you would prefer to spend your time playing games, searching, and earning those Swag Bucks.

This week we are going to take a closer look at the Account Ledger. We get a fair amount of users writing in asking why they have not received credit. The majority of these cases result in the credit already applied to their account.

For those who are not familiar with the ledger let me explain. The Ledger was designed to help you better track and account for your Swag Bucks.

To see all activity on your account, please follow the steps below:

  • Log into your account
  • Click on “My Swag Bucks
  • Go to “Ledger”
  • Select a category from the drop down menu

The categories are presented in a way that is easy for you to locate your credits. For example:

If I click on the “Games” category in my ledger I will see a list of all my game activity.

2/22/11Games: worDrop -10 SB
1/22/11Games: Snow Day-10 SB
1/19/11Games: Starfish -10 SB
1/19/11Games: Snow Day-10 SB

You can also view all of your activity under the “All” category at once if you choose to.

A few things to note about the ledger:

  • The credits should appear right way, but there are times it will take 24 hours for the ledger to
    update. If you complete an offer or win Swag Bucks try to wait it out before contacting us. This
    saves you the time of writing in and having us tell you it’s already there.
  • Refresh button- Next to your total on your swagbucks.com page there is a refresh button. Click
    on this and your total should refresh with the credit.
  • Log out of your account and restart your browser. Log back into your account and the total
    should be adjusted accordingly.

Hopefully, these small steps will help save you time so you can focus on earning those Swag Bucks.
