Week in Review – May 28, 2011

I hope everyone’s Saturday is fun and relaxing!  Who has a 3-day weekend?  Are any of you traveling this weekend?

Now let’s review our past week at Swagbucks.

On Monday we released our brand new set of Collector’s Bills that were all appropriately themed for Memorial Day.  We had the 7SB bill which reflected famous Revolutionary War painting of Washington crossing the Delaware.  The 10SB bill revolved around WWII with the photograph of the raising of the flag at Iwo Jima.  The V-J Day Kiss, famous for the victory over Japan, was depicted on the 12SB bill.  And the 15SB bill commemorated the Gettysburg Address from the Civil War.  Did you collect them all?

On Tuesday Monica, who we all know and love, from our CS department wrote a blog post addressing some specific concerns that our users had.  If you’re wondering if you can use the Toolbar on more than one browser or computer, why Captchas aren’t working, or the reasoning behind Swag Code timing, click here to read the blog post.

On Wednesday we announced the exciting news that we now have different denominations of the PayPal Gift Card in the Swag Store.  In addition to the $5 card, you can now snag a you can now snag a $10 card, a $25 card, a $50 card, and a $100 card.  PayPal Cards are just as good as cold, hard cash – so this is your chance to turn your Swag Bucks into real money!

On Thursday we had our very exciting Swag Code Extravaganza, where we gave out 6 codes throughout the day.  If you were lucky enough to get them all, you got 45 Swag Bucks in Swag Codes alone!  Not too shabby.  Did you guys enjoy the Swag Code Extravaganza?  Were you able to collect all of the clues to snag the big code at the end of the day?

And yesterday, just in time for the NBA finals, we launched BasketBrawl, where you’re drafted to either The My Yammy Swag or Da Last Bucks.  The two teams will battle it out, trying to rack in the most bucks through Tasks, Trusted Surveys, Special Offers, and Daily Deals.  To get more details, or to join a team, click here to read the original blog post.  Who’s gonna win?

Now go enjoy the rest of your weekend!
