Hey, Ashley here, and I’m calling all Swag Parents!  Looking for a fun and creative craft project to keep the kids entertained and amazed?  I was surfing around StumbleUpon.com and I came across this awesome article from Heidi Klum on AOL.  It’s Melted Crayon Canvas Art!  Let me warn you in advance: this could get very messy!  And be prepared to use up an entire box of crayons with this one project.  Have fun!

1. Line a box of 64 crayons to the top of an art canvas. Remove the black and brown crayons to make the final result more vibrant.

2. To attach, use a hot glue gun to glue crayons to the canvas.

3. Once the crayons are attached and the glue is dry, blast the crayons with a hair dryer to make them melt.

4. Then, Watch as the colors bleed down the canvas, creating a beautiful, colorful mess.

Do as you wish with the final product – hang it up on your child’s wall, hang it in the playroom, bring it to your child’s class for show and tell, etc.  This is fun, easy, and creates a beautiful piece of art that your kids can gaze at for years!

Pick up your Crayola Box of Crayons right now straight from our Swag Store for just 1,099 Swag Bucks!

If you make your own melted crayon canvas art, be sure to send us a picture of your final product – we’d love to see it!
