This is Jon from the Swagbucks Frontline Support Team with another great Happy Hour blog post. We serve up Refresh-ments and 2 for 1 Challenges every Wednesday with a new Topic on Tap to help our users maximize their Swagbucks experience. This weeks post will cover a very relevant topic to Frontline Support… Contacting Frontline Support!!!

We receive thousands of emails every week from our users regarding questions and concerns that come up when Swaggin. Here are some tips on what to include in those emails to help us get you the most helpful answer in the most efficient amount of time. Let’s get started, here are some “Swag-petizers” to review regarding each topic;

  • Prizes
    • When writing in regarding any prize information (shipping times, cost, ect.), please be sure to include your order number and prize description of the item you are referring to.
  • Referrals
    • Regarding referrals, be sure to include the referenced user’s full name, Swag name, and/or email address used to register account.
  • Search
    • If you experience any issues regarding a search win (captcha error, searching errors, ect.), be sure to include a screen shot of any win, or error, you receive. We will need a screen shot to further investigate any win you may be inquiring about.
  • SBTV
    • We request the same information as Search in regards to SBTV emails. If you experience any issues regarding a SBTV win or error, be sure to include a screen shot of any win, or error, you receive. We will need a screen shot to further investigate any win you may be inquiring about.
  • Surveys
    • When writing in regarding surveys, be sure to include;
      • Date of completion
      • Survey ID #
      • Amount of Swag Bucks offered
  • Offers
    • When writing in regarding an offer, be sure to include;
      • Offer details
      • Date of completion
      • Amount of Swag Bucks offered
      • What offer wall the offer came from (very important!)
Taking a screen shot:
To take a screen shot, press CTRL+ALT+PrtScn on your keyboard. Go ahead and paste it into a photo editing software (photoshop, paint, word, ect). Simply save the image to your computer and attach it to your email, or post it to an image hosting site and provide us with the link. Whenever you are in doubt, it is always encouraged to send a screen shot of whatever issue you may be having, it always helps!

Happy Hour 2 for 1 Challenge!
I’m not sure how many of our users have been tuning into our youtube channel or have been following our series, “Get to Know Team Swagbucks” – we just released a new episode this week featuring our very own Chief Rewards Officer, Eron! If you haven’t checked it out yet, please do!
