Halloween is just 4 short days away.  You had better get those pumpkins carved!  I always underestimated the level of difficulty involved with pumpkin carving.  That was, until, I tried it for myself last year and quickly learned how hard it can be.  Fortunately, I found a video on SBTV that offers some great tips for, not only, pumpkin carving, but also keeping your pumpkins fresh, as well as some safer alternatives for kids.  Check it out:
