Two Days of Stopping the Invasion, Two Shots at 200 Swag Bucks
Happy Weekend Swag Nation!
Welcome back for another Weekend Game Challenge and another two shots at 200 Swag Bucks. Before we get into that, if you weren’t with us for Wednesday’s Game Challenge, we introduced the long-requested first true tower defense game on Swagbucks. If you haven’t tried it yet, Monsters TD 2 is great fun and a good challenge.
Since you guys had such a good time fighting monsters Wednesday, we’re keeping the monster battle going this weekend in Monster Invasion!
If you’ve never played Monster Invasion before, it’s a lot of fun and mostly just about having quick reflexes. London is being invaded by viking monsters and it’s your job to make sure they don’t make it far enough to do any damage. The monsters will invade from the right and take London if they can make it all the way to the left. To combat them, you have a series of various traps in the way, but it’s up to you to trigger them at the right times to keep the Monsters from reaching their goal. I recommend you play around with the traps the first few times you play and just test it out. You can worry about getting a good score once you have a better feel for where all the traps are. Soon enough, you’ll remember where your go-to traps are be setting new records in no time.
Before we get to this weekend’s challenge, I have a question for you…
So what’s this Weekend’s Game Challenge? Get a score of 2642 or higher on Monster Invasion and post a link to a screenshot here in the comments. For each of these correctly filled out posts, you will have one entry in a raffle to win 200 Swag Bucks. You may enter as many times as you like with new screenshots of new challenge-meeting scores. One winner will be selected at random from each day of entries and announced in this blog post and on Twitter on Monday. That means, if you enter on Saturday, you can come back Sunday to enter again and be part of a new raffle. If you need an image hosting service, I recommend tinypic.com. The link you want is the URL.
You can also participate via Twitter by tweeting your screenshot @Swagbucks, along with your Swag Name and the hashtag #sbgames. You may place each entry both on Twitter and in the comments, but if you win from an entry placed on Twitter, you will win an additional 100 Swag Bucks.
You can thank Swaggernaut Thera17 for this weekend’s challenge game. She suggested it in the comments last weekend so I’m hooking her up with 25 Swag Bucks! You can always make suggestions for upcoming game challenges in the comments. Pick something you like to play because it just might get picked!
Do you guys game much outside of these challenges? What if anything do you play when not on Swagbucks Games? Lately, I’ve been reviving my NHL 13 franchise in celebration of the lockout being over. Let me know what you guys are up to in the comments!
Good luck. Have fun. Have a GREAT weekend!
Update: Congratulations to this weekend’s Game Challenge winners: Pawlio874 and missmoney87!
