How Swagbucks Works For Me – Avielle

Today, in our October quest to meet 31 new Swaggernauts, we’re introduced to Avielle, from Conway, AR.  Read about how she used Swagbucks to help pay for some of her family’s vacation expenses!

A little over a year ago, my husband and I purchased a Branson vacation package that included a hotel, show tickets, and a dinner certificate.  All we needed was the gas to drive to Branson, money for our other meals, and a little extra for shopping at flea markets on the way home.

But unfortunately, not long after we purchased the package, my husband lost his job, and money became very tight.  For the past year, my husband’s unemployment compensation has barely paid the house payment and utilities with little left over for anything else, so we had to postpone our trip all of this time.

In June of this year, we were blessed when my husband found a new job, so we started planning our Branson trip for Labor Day weekend. However, money is still tight, and it’s been hard to save for the trip.  Ten days ago, my granddaughter told me about Swagbucks, and I’ve been playing games, watching videos, using the Swagbucks search bar, and doing Swagbucks offers every day since.

Yesterday, I reached my short-term goal of 2500 Swag Bucks so I could request a $25.00 PayPal payment.  I’m hoping that by Labor Day weekend, I will have enough money in my PayPal account to pay for the gas for our long-awaited trip!

Thanks, Swagbucks!

Thank you, Avielle!  We hope you were able to reach your goals and have a wonderful vacation in Branson!  Did you get anything fun at the flea markets?? And we hope you took more great pictures!

If you would like to share your story of how Swagbucks has helped you and your family, send it to contests@swagbucks.com.  Don’t forget to include your Swag Name and a picture.  If we feature your story you will be awarded 500 Swag Bucks!
