Twitter Tuesday Phrase That Pays Goes to the Funny Pages
It’s Tuesday, which means it’s time for the Twitter Tuesday Phrase That Pays (a.k.a. TTPTP), the contest where your creativity is rewarded with Swag Bucks (in addition to that warm, fuzzy feeling). Instead of all the bells and whistles, we’re going to keep it really simple.
If you want a chance to win the TTPTP, just do the following:
- First, make sure you have a Twitter account, it’s free to create an account and sign up.
- Second, make sure you follow Swagbucks.
- Third, create a message in 140 characters or less that has #TTPTP in it, along with whatever the TTPTP assignment is.
- Fourth, enter that message into the “Compose New Tweet” box on the lefthand side of the Twitter home screen. Hit the “Tweet” button to broadcast your message to the world, and sit back and wait for TSG to (hopefully) award you for your wit and creativity.
3 Runners Up will win 50 Swag Bucks and one lucky winner will be awarded with 500 Swag Bucks!
Today’s TTPTP Challenge is: Which comic strip character best represents Swagbucks and why? (Thanks for submitting this idea, PsychoJason!)
Don’t forget to include your Swag Name!
Be Creative! Good Luck!
This week’s runners-up (winning 50 Swag Bucks each) are:
“Beetle Bailey, because SB encourages us to get out of what we should be doing, so we can hang around to get Swag Bucks!” – ckblackm, from Garner, NC
“If Swagbucks was a comic strip it would be Dick Tracy because you are like a detective finding the deals and codes” – danhere, from Westchester, IL
“@Swagbucks is most like Family Circus…Swaggers R family, playing & earning together. Others don’t understand us.” – 3kids2school, from Seneca, MO
This week’s winner (getting 500 Swag Bucks) is:
“Lucy from Charlie Brown/Peanuts. She wants everything to be 5 cents. After Swag Bucks rewards, it would be!” – LttleGel, from Pittsburgh, PA
Congratulations! See you next week for another exciting installment of #TTPTP!
