Before we get to all the fun this month, we thought it might be a good idea to give you a helpful reminder about a handful of questions that we typically come across. Below you’ll find our Top 5 Frequent Fixes and we hope they help you out!  Without further ado, or any ado for that matter…

Q: When are the Daily Goal Bonuses paid?

A: These bonuses are paid once each month, on the 5th day of the next month by midnight PT (ex: you’ll receive your May Bonuses on June 5th)

Q: My SBTV mobile app seems to have gotten frozen on an ad, what should I do?

A: Some advertisers require that you interact with their ad (so they know you are really watching). Often times there will be an X to close out the window and continue.

Q: I can’t get the mobile apps on my Kindle – help!

A: You can install our mobile apps on your Android and iOS mobile devices. The apps can be directly downloaded from Google Play and the Apple App Store.  We do not support Kindle devices at this time.

Q: My Swagbucks mobile app is not alerting me when a new Swag Code is available, any ideas?

A: The first thing you’ll want to do is check your app settings and make sure that your Notifications are turned on.  If that’s the case and you’re still not receiving them, try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.

Q:  I made a purchase through Shop & Earn – so when will I get my Swag Bucks?

A: You’ll receive your Shop & Earn SB 32 days after your purchase. Note that for travel (or other specified exceptions), the time frame might be longer.
