To Do List Updates!

IN AN EFFORT TO ADDRESS SOME OF THE COMMENTS RAISED BELOW, WE HAVE EDITED THIS POST FROM A PREVIOUS VERSION PUBLISHED EARLIER TODAY.

Today, we’re announcing a change to the Swagbucks.com To-Do List. Specifically, we are removing Daily Crave as a requirement of the To-Do List and replacing it with a SwagButton Activity.

Years ago, Swagbucks introduced the To-Do List as a way to provide members with a daily SB bonus for completing specific activities on Swagbucks.com or on our mobile apps. In August, 2016, we announced a re-launch of the To-Do List that included the removal of “NoSo” (remember that?) and the addition of several new activities like Daily Search, Daily Deal and Daily Answer.

Later that same year, we announced another modification to the To-Do List that created a two-stage bonus award. The purpose of that update was to introduce a way for members to receive SB bonuses even if they were unable to complete all the activities included in the To-Do List.

And, earlier this year, we announced an increase in the SB bonus award for completing the 1st stage of the To-Do List.

Today’s announcement represents the continued evolution to this part of the Swagbucks user experience.

We elected to remove Daily Crave from the To-Do List because it is not available to all members.

While we understand that not all members have the SwagButton, those that do consistently earn more rewards and receive more free gift cards than those that don’t. The SwagButton helps ensure that members receive cash back and get coupons when they shop online; and, it provides alerts about Swag Codes and available surveys. The SwagButton is important way for Swagbucks and members to stay connected and it’s available for Edge, Safari, FireFox and Chrome.

The SwagButton Activity on the To-Do List is marked-off when members, who have the SwagButton and are logged into their account, launch the web browser on which the SwagButton is active.

Marking-off this activity is less time-consuming relative to Daily Crave. It also replaces a distinctively desktop/laptop experience (Daily Crave) with another desktop/laptop experience (the SwagButton).

In order to receive the SB bonus for completing both stages of the To-Do List (in other words, all 8 activities), members must have the SwagButton. That daily bonus opportunity ranges between 5 – 10 SB.

Members receive a 50 SB one-time bonus when they add the SwagButton to their web browsers.

Members that choose not to add the SwagButton will earn bonus SB every single day that they complete 6 of the 8 activities on the To-Do List. That daily bonus opportunity averages 3 SB.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback on these changes.
