A Penny Filled Pantry – Swagbucks Influencer Guest Post

Posted by on Tue, November 6th, 2012 at 3:00 pm

As some of you may know, we have a very influential blogger program here at Swagbucks.  Every so often, we like to showcase one of the influencers that we feel would be beneficial to all our Swaggernauts.  Here is a guest post from Brittney and Bethany of  A Penny Filled Pantry.

We are Brittney and Bethany, sisters-in-law who fell in love with saving money. We started couponing 4 years ago when the economy first started to tank and then started A Penny Filled Pantry and www.pennyfilledpantry.com. We travel and teach coupon classes and keep our website up-to-date with the best freebies and financial tips. Our money-saving hobby is born out of a desire to help others… aaaand save money so we can buy cute clothes. What? We’d rather not eat our money, or bathe with it. We’d much rather wear it… or vacation with it! And all that free stuff we get, well, we give a lot of it away to people that need it. We’ve given to tornado victims, children in need of school supplies, and families who just aren’t sure they can make ends meet. Part of the fun is getting the freebie and the other part is seeing how much it helps someone else!

Outside of our money-saving hobbies, Brittney sings in the band at her church, decorated her entire house with DIY projects, and has 2 kids with her husband. Bethany recently got her MBA, works a full-time job at a local university, and has a little boy with her husband. We both love to run and have recently run in a few road races (5k races and Bethany just ran a half-marathon!).

We’ve used Swagbucks for several years now and used our Swagbucks rewards to buy our families’ Christmas presents for the past 2 years. We love the idea of winning rewards for something we do everyday anyways so Swagbucks is perfect for us! We have completely replaced other search engines we used previously with Swagbucks and enjoy being rewarded for it. There are tons of other ways to earn, too, so be sure to checkwww.pennyfilledpantry.com and the Swagbucks blog for tips!
