If you have the Swagbucks Toolbar you’re already a step ahead of the game. But, there’s more than just everything we put on there for you from Prizes and SB News feeds to message From TSG and your Swagbucks totals. There’s a whole mess of cool Add-ons you can take advantage of.
For instance, one I enjoy is the Word of the Day add-on. This is a neat little thing to have that’s easier than having a Word of the Day calendar. Because I don’t know anyone that remembers to tear off the day from an off-the-wall calendar every single day. It’s just not realistic. What is realistic is that you can expand your vocabulary just by clicking your mouse once a day.
Sometimes it gives me words I already know, like today. Today’s word was ‘existential’. I already know that word, but it’s one of my favorite words. It’s just a cool word, it’s got lots of twists and turns and there’s an x in there which isn’t too common, so that’s neat. It’s 4 syllables so it makes you feel smart if you can use it in conversation successfully and seamlessly and its meaning is awesome too. It’s like the Word of the Day add-on in the Swagbucks Toolbar knows me.
This may be a great tool to help you donate grains of rice as well. FreeRice.com donates food to fight hunger every time you answer a question correct on their site. I posted a blog about it yesterday, find out more about that hunger relief effort and use your Word of the Day add-on to help you beat hunger into submission.
There’s tons of add-ons to take advantage of. The Word of the Day is just one example, but an awesome example at that. To see a list of cool add-ons, click on the + symbol on the far right of your toolbar.
This toolbar keeps getting cooler and cooler!

But, as it turns out, this requires almost no effort. All you have to do is test your brain. FreeRice.com donates 10 grains of rice for ... Read More »
