Happy Weekend, Swag Nation!
How’s everybody doin’? I’m super excited it’s the weekend. Anyone got anything good goin’ on other than this fine challenge? Earlier this week, we put our Blackjack skills to the test playing Regate 21. For the second weekend in a row, for this weekend’s challenge, you get a choice…
This is THE CHOICE! (insert fireworks here)
Swag Name: PikachuRox
Location: Sacramento, CA
Length of SB Membership: 1 year and 10 months
Challenge Game: PegLand
Challenge Score: 109,405 80,000
Challenge Tip: Try to use the trajectory powerup when you have one purple peg left, try to land on the bucket after hitting the purple peg and you get an extra 5,000 points! You can do multiple bucket shots on the final level.
Optional Something Fun About Me: The original Peggle (not PegLand) was pretty fun for me, I enjoyed the different characters powerups and when I came to Swagbucks to look for an interesting game, I saw PegLand. It was pretty amazing. Now I basically play PegLand frequently.
Swag Name: beaandbunny05
Location: Rutland, VT
Length of SB Membership: Since August 8, 2013
Favorite Way to Earn: Playing Tournaments
Challenge Game: Match n’ Dig
Challenge Score: 300,000 27,000
Challenge Tip: Group as many of one color together before getting rid of them. The lower the face goes, the more the blocks are worth!
Optional Something Fun About Me: I used my first $25 in Amazon cards to get 120 beef sticks for my husband. He loved them, and now is very supportive of me using the site. He even plays the games with me sometimes, and we compete to see who can get a better score!
So what’s this Weekend’s Game Challenge? Get a score higher than the ones you see above in the listed games and post a link to a screenshot of your challenge-meeting score in the comments for this blog post. Alternatively, you can take a screenshot of a tournament entry from this weekend with any score on any game. For each of these correctly filled out posts, you will have one entry in a raffle to win 200 Swag Bucks. You may enter as many times as you like with new screenshots of different challenge-meeting scores. One winner will be selected at random from each day of entries and announced in this blog post and on Twitter on Monday. That means, if you enter on Saturday, you can come back Sunday to enter again and be part of a new raffle. If you need an image hosting service, I recommend tinypic.com. The link you want is the URL.
You can also participate via Twitter by tweeting your screenshot @Swagbucks along with your Swag Name and the hashtag #sbgames. You may place each entry both on Twitter and in the comments, but if you win from an entry placed on Twitter, you will win an additional 100 Swag Bucks.
PikachuRox and beaandbunny05 both had higher challenge scores in store for you. You don’t have to beat them to enter this Weekend’s Game Challenge, but if you are one of this weekend’s lucky winners and your winning entry shows you got a score higher than 109,405 in PegLand or 300,000 in Match n’ Dig, you win an additional 50 Swag Bucks.
When you go to play this Weekend’s games, in addition to One Swag Buck tournaments, you will find at least two tournaments suggested by your fellow Swaggernaut. beaandbunny05 actually suggested hers a while back. If you have any ideas about Games or tournaments, or just want to give feedback, you can always share them here. Similarly, you could earn yourself 100 Swag Bucks just like beaandbunny05 and PikachuRox by submitting a game challenge of your own. All you have to do is pick a game, fill out the information they did above, and send it to email@example.com. Your best chance of getting selected is to submit challenges on multiple games. If selected, you’ll receive 100 Swag Bucks the weekend your challenge is accepted.
Good luck. Have fun. Have the weekend of all weekends!
Update: This weekend’s winners are esplin9466 and penumbria! Congratulations!
Don’t forget: You can still earn yourself 100 swag Bucks by submitting a game challenge of your own!
