The Bucks Take It Home

Posted by on Mon, June 13th, 2011 at 3:00 pm

Congratulations to Da Last Bucks, winners of the inaugural BasketBrawl Team Challenge. The final score? Da Last 198,362, My Yammy 187,571. It was a hard fought contest, and everyone did a great job. The winners should already their 20 Swag Buck bonus shortly, and the runners up should have their 5 as well.

Kind of a crazy coincidence that Da Last and Dallas both won their respective matchups. I know that Connor is none to thrilled about the outcome of the NBA Finals. He’s been locked in his office, listening to Will Smith’s Miami over and over while he works. Maybe next year, Connor…

What did you think of this challenge? Sound off in the comments.

This is Connor from Team Swagbucks – I’m the tech guy who’s in charge of pulling all the numbers for the BasketBrawl Scoreboard. I helped come up with the BasketBrawl contest because I’m such a big hoops fan! After last night’s win by the Mavs, the Heat need me in Dallas cheering them on, so ... Read More »

Hey there BasketBrawl-ers!  In case you haven’t noticed yet, the score board has been updated and my team, the My Yammy Swag, is down by almost 6,000 points.  This is definitely not in the bag for Da Last Bucks.  My Yammy Swag still can and will come back!  I have faith in my team!  Here’s ... Let’s Go Lakers!

Posted by on Thu, June 3rd, 2010 at 5:00 pm
The NBA Finals are underway, and my Lakers might need a little extra help, so here’s some inspiration from the man who beat the Celtics not once, but twice – maybe you’ve heard of him: TSG

SwagTime is Back!

Posted by on Sun, May 30th, 2010 at 10:00 am
The other Lakers fans may call it Showtime, but you guys know that TSG does it a little differently. Kobe, Pau and the Zen master have guided the Lakers back into the NBA Finals for a rematch with the Celtics. We STILL remember ’08, Celts – it’s going to be a little different this time ... TSG’s Year in Review: Sports

Posted by on Mon, December 21st, 2009 at 2:22 pm
TSG is a huge sports fan as many of you know, some might even say to a fault. But, I just can’t help it. It’s one of the most emotion-driving things in our lives today. We root for people, against people, for teams, against teams, for cities, against cities and certain things become bigger than ... Read More »
