Now I’m no Swedish Chef, but I do enjoy cooking up a nice meal now and then – a cookware set like this is would give you a lot of cooking options. In fact, how about a little recipe swap right here on the blog? Here’s a meal that doesn’t take a ton of time and tastes great – the bison meat makes it lean and protein rich:
- 1lb Ground Bison/Buffalo Meat
- 1/2 Brown Onion, chopped
- 1 Green Pepper
- 2 TBSP Garlic (pressed)
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP Ground Black Pepper
In a large Sauté pan or skillet, sauté onions, peppers and garlic for 10 minutes over medium high heat, seasoning with black pepper. Add Bison, cook for 15 minutes, mixing with other ingredients. Cover with lid and lower to simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve over rice or pasta.
