Last Day To Donate To Wounded Warriors

Posted by on Thu, June 30th, 2011 at 10:30 am

All throughout the month of June we’ve been taking your Swag Bucks donations to help raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project, which brings aid to those who have dedicated their lives to making the world a safer place for us all. Today is our the last day of the month, which makes it the last day for you to donate your Swag Bucks to this great cause, providing relief to the thousands of service men and women who have been injured in the line of duty.

As of this morning, 240,780 Swag Bucks have already been donated to the Help Our Heroes Fund, which means a cash donation of over $1800. All Swag Bucks that are contributed will go directly toward a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project, a non-partisan organization that helps wounded warriors returning home from Iraq and Afghanistan and provides assistance to their families. WWP’s vision is to foster a successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded warriors returning home from the war.

TSG’s challenge to you – get that number to 300,000 by the end of the day. TSG is extending this charity drive to 3pm – an extra 3 hours! Let’s DO this, people!

Tomorrow we’ll have the final numbers for you and reveal our July charity, which is a charity people have been asking about for some time.
