Happy Wednesday, Swag Nation!
Welcome back for another fun Game Challenge and another chance to win 100 Swag Bucks, playing games for free. I hope you all are taking advantage of the Spring Tour ‘14 Team Challenge. If you haven’t joined already, it’s not too late to sign up! It’s a great chance to have some extra fun and earn some extra Swag Bucks. Plus, you earn points for your team each time you win Swag Bucks from games! That even includes tournament wins and there are some special tournaments set up on every tournament game to help you with that task.
Speaking of tournament games, if you haven’t already noticed, tournaments are now available on Swagasaurus Run and Swag Jump too! Today, we’re focusing on a different game, but you can use your tournament entries from those or any other games in today’s challenge.
Today, we’re playing Spider Solitaire!
I have to admit, I really enjoy games with these sorts of puzzles where you can take your time; you don’t always win; and there’s plenty to keep your mind active. That said, I don’t think I’ve ever won a game of Spider Solitaire! It’s tough! Even on “Easy.” The different difficulties determine how many suits are included in each shuffle.
Adding more suits to the game makes the game more difficult because it restricts the moves you can make. With just one suit, all you need to worry about is placing the cards in descending order where you place a 7 on top of an 8, a 6 on the 7, and you can move this stack four descending cards onto any open 9s. If you play with more suits, you can place a 7 of spades on top of an 8 of hearts, but you cannot move a stack of cards unless they are all descending and in the same suit.
For today’s challenge, you can enter with any score, but if you include a tip or a comment about the game and are one of our three lucky winners, you will win an additional 15 Swag Bucks. You must post a new tip or comment to be eligible.
So what’s today’s challenge? Get any score on Spider Solitaire, take a screenshot, and post a link in the comments for this blog post. Alternatively, you can take a screenshot of a tournament entry from today with any score on any game. For each of these correctly filled out posts you make, you will have one entry in a raffle to win 100 Swag Bucks. You may enter as many times as you like with new screenshots showing different scores. You may wish to protect your efforts by adding your Swag Name to it in a paint program. If you need an image hosting service, I recommend tinypic.com because it’s quick and easy. Three winners will be selected at random from all of today’s entries and announced in this blog post and on Twitter on Thursday.
You can also participate via Twitter by tweeting your screenshot @Swagbucks, along with your Swag Name and the hashtag #sbgames. You may place each entry both on Twitter and in the comments, but if you win from an entry placed on Twitter, you will win an additional 100 Swag Bucks.
Good luck and have fun!
Update: This week’s winners are goofygyrl, yswag, & EvilScotsman1974 -Congratulations! New Challenge next week!
