Week in Review – July 30, 2011

What do you know, another exciting week at Swagbucks.  Let’s take a look at it, shall we?

On Monday we announced the five finalists for the Flag Design Contest.  After we received hundreds of impressive submissions, you have chosen your five favorites.  But who will take home the victory and the 1000 Swag Bucks, and see their design proudly displayed on a Collector’s Bill?  Well, voting closed yesterday and the winner will be announced on Monday.  Thank you to everyone who submitted a design and/or voted.

On Tuesday TSG wrote some insightful information regarding Facebook Connect.  Whether you’re using our Social Sharing feature or not, your Facebook connect has been reset, due to restrictions from Facebook. To fully reset your Facebook Connect, click here and follow the instructions.

On Wednesday we started Swagasaurus Marathon Madness.  For just 4 Swag Bucks, you can enter in a special Swagasaurus Run tournament for a shot at 1000 Swag Bucks.  You have until 11:59pm PDT on Tuesday to participate in this challenge, so click here to head back to the Cretaceous Period and lead Swagasaurus Bux through a land filled with lazy stegosauri and deadly chasms.

On Thursday we reminded you that voting for the Colloquy Awards ends on August 2nd.  The Colloquy Awards recognize excellence in Loyalty Programs, and we’re extremely honored to be nominated.  If you truly believe in what we do and think that we deserve this award, click here to find out how to cast your vote.  We appreciate any and all votes.

Yesterday we started preparing you for all of the excitement that Monday will bring.  We will be running a Swag Code Extravaganza starting at 6am PDT.  If you’re lucky enough to catch all of the codes, you’ll snag 50 Swag Bucks!  We will be announcing the winner of the Flag Contest on Monday, as well as announcing the chosen charity for the month of August.  In addition, we’ve got some fun stuff planned for Daily Polls.  Get excited!
