How Swagbucks Works For Me – xBeasel

Posted by on Fri, May 16th, 2014 at 3:30 pm

It’s FRIIIIIIIIIIIIIDAAAAAAAAAY!  Sorry, got a little too excited.  However, something we can’t get excited enough about is meeting new Swaggernauts.  Say hi to xBeasel, from Park Hills, MO. Learn how with the help of Swagbucks, she and her boyfriend got engaged!

My boyfriend (at the time) of almost three years and I had discussed marriage multiple times, but never about when. One night we were talking and he told me that he pretty much considered us engaged without a wedding date because he had already made the commitment in his mind that he was going to spend the rest of his life with me. Due to me keeping such a close watch on our finances, he felt he couldn’t afford to really take out the cash to get me an official ring.

Later, he told me that he had been saving up money through swagbucks to buy me a ring. He had everything saved up and a picked it out and it was shipped to us. When the ring arrived, I wasn’t allowed to see it or try it on or anything. I knew we were going to get engaged, but the when and where was still a mystery.

On Christmas night, after a long day with friends and family, we finally came home. I sat on the couch to take my shoes off and he walked in the other room. He came back with my ring. He got down on one knee in front of me and asked me to marry him. It couldn’t have been more perfect. It was the couch we first talked on for hours on end. It was the couch we had our first kiss on. It was the couch we moved into our first apartment together. It was the couch I was sitting on when he proposed.

I want to thank Swagbucks for enabling him to buy me the ring of my choice at no expense to the bills we need to pay. Otherwise, It may have taken years more for this to happen.

So, I’m leaving with this. Thank you, Swagbucks. You are the reason I am finally engaged. You are going to be the source of many of my wedding expenses thanks to your lovely program. You have changed my life, Swagbucks, and I plan on sticking it out with you. Thank you very much.

This is FANTASTIC! Thanks for sharing this great story with us, xBeasel! We wish you a lifetime of happiness and Swagginess!
