Twitter Tuesday Phrase That Pays Saves the Day!

Posted by on Tue, June 3rd, 2014 at 6:00 am

Hey Swaggernauts!

It’s Tuesday, which means it’s time for the Twitter Tuesday Phrase That Pays (a.k.a. TTPTP), the contest where your creativity is rewarded with Swag Bucks (in addition to that warm, fuzzy feeling). Instead of all the bells and whistles, we’re going to keep it really simple.

If you want a chance to win the #TTPTP, just do the following:

  1. Make sure you have a Twitter account, it’s free to create an account and sign up.
  2. Make sure you follow Swagbucks.
  3. Create a message in 140 characters or less that has #TTPTP in it, along with whatever the TTPTP challenge is.
  4. Enter that message into the “Compose New Tweet” box on the left-hand side of the Twitter home screen.
  5. Hit the “Tweet” button to broadcast your message to the world, and sit back and wait to (hopefully) be rewarded for your wit and creativity.
  6. Include your Swag Name in the tweet!

Today’s TTPTP Challenge is to create a sentence that begins with #SwagbucksSavedTheDay (see examples below)

  • #SwagbucksSavedTheDay when money was tight last month! #TTPTP
  • #SwagbucksSavedTheDay this past Christmas. My family got exactly what they wanted! #TTPTP
  • #SwagbucksSavedTheDay with a $25 Fandango gift card which I used for a date night! #TTPTP

On Wednesday, 3 Runners Up will win 50 Swag Bucks and one lucky winner will be awarded with 500 Swag Bucks!

Don’t forget to include your Swag Name!

Be creative! Good Luck!

This week’s runners-up (winning 50 Swag Bucks each) are:

#SwagbucksSavedTheDay When I Saved Up Enough SB To Purchase My Elderly Mom An Electric Scooter From Amazon” – MemeTooBased, from Brunswick, GA

#SwagbucksSavedTheDay by helping to pay for plane tickets to #MyrtleBeach this summer! Can’t wait!”  – heidismama, from Niagara Falls, NY

#SwagbucksSavedTheDay when I was saving for my first laptop! I’m loving it!” – ChristieStruck, from Petoskey, MI

This week’s winner (getting 500 Swag Bucks) is:

#SwagbucksSavedTheDay when money was tight last month I used the Target gift cards to feed my family” –  Mynx1032, from Philadelphia, PA

Congratulations to our winners and everyone who submitted an entry!!! It’s great to see so many of you benefiting from Swagbucks!

See you next week for another exciting installment of #TTPTP!
