Posted by on Sat, September 21st, 2013 at 11:00 am

Today may be the last full day of summer for 2013 but that doesn’t mean the yumminess has to end.  Now when Swaggernauts like eliscarol are on the job!  eliscarol of Columbus, IN is sharing a quick and refreshing watermelon preparation.  Take it away, eliscarol:

Hello Swagbucks!

eliscarol here… wanted to share a favorite healthy way to chill the heat waves. Frozen watermelon is super quick, delicious, all-natural, and appropriately messy! Just slice or dice watermelon the way you like it, stick it on metal jelly roll pans, and freeze for fifteen minutes. Breakfast, snack, dessert, or replace sanity moment. Perfect!
Celebrate the end of summer today with this tasty preparation.  If you would like to submit your favorite recipe send it to contests@swagbucks.com.  Don’t forget to include a picture and your swag name so I know who to award with 500 Swag Bucks!
