It’s the weekend! And that means it’s time for another great DIY recipe, brought to us this weekend by mintdoublemint, from Palm Coast, FL!
In the winter holidays, for someone like me trying to cut down or avoid caffeine, the Coconut-milk Deluxe would be a great choice to replace your regular coffee drinks. It is easy to make and still fancily delicious. Icy cold mike-foam on the top, pairs with the hot sweet steamy coconut-milk, plus a touch of the black bitter chocolate, all together, it is sensational, have a sip, you will love it.
1/4 cup+ of fat-free milk
3/4 cup+ of coconut-milk
2 blocks of black bitter chocolate
2 blocks of white coconut chocolate
a cup and saucer
a milk-frother jug
microwave 3/4 cup of coconut-milk for about 1-2 minutes in the cup, put in 1 block of white coconut chocolate until melted
pour the cold fat-free milk into the jug, and use the milk-frother to make mike-foam about 2 minutes until thicken
pour the finished milk foam on the top of the hot coconut-milk, and have small pieces of black bitter chocolate on top of it
ready, sip, and enjoy
Note: The cup measurement used here is based on the size of drinking cup, not the regular measuring-cup.
This recipe mentions here is made for one cup of Coconut-milk Deluxe. For multiple cups just simply multiply the required amounts.
This looks quite tasty and like the perfect winter drink! Thanks for sharing it with us all!

Like I said before, I’d rather ... Read More »
