Fall is just around the corner, and that means Pumpkin Spice Lattes, muffins, creamers, and basically, anything that can be made with this spicy orange blend is hitting the shelves. 

In fact, all the rage right now is the Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. A perfect option for those pumpkin spice latte lovers who aren’t ready for a hot beverage just yet. Hot Tip, if you like to be on top of the latest food and beverage trends but not a fan of sweet drinks, the Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew might just be the ticket. Cold Brews typically have a much stronger coffee taste which helps mellow out the sweetness of Pumpkin Spice.

    • As the resident vegan in the office I can safely say no, the Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is not a plant based, dairy free beverage. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t easily brew one up at home with your favorite dairy free milk.
  3. How much does the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew Cost?

If you don’t have a chance to hit up your local Starbucks or coffee shop, we wanted to show you how to make this fall favorite in the comfort of your home. 

Simple Sassy Scrumptious has a great recipe that’s easy to make and most importantly, tasty! 

Here’s what you’ll need: 

  •  ¼ Cup Ground Coffee beans
  • 3-4 Cups cold water
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 ½ Cups Organic low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbs Canned Pumpkin Puree


In a large bowl, combine the Sweetened Condensed Milk, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and pumpkin puree. Whisk until combined. Pour into a glass jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.

To make the cold brew coffee place coffee grounds at the bottom of the French Press. Add cold water and place in the refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight. Use the strainer press of French press and pour strained coffee into a glass with ice, add Pumpkin Spice Creamer to taste.
